What I Notice

What do you notice? If you sat on a bench outside for ten minutes, what would you notice? If you looked at a tree, would you notice the leaves, or the bark, or the branches? Do you notice people’s body language, do you notice people’s clothes?

I notice the very small, very weird things. There may be an alien invasion going on, but if there are two squirrels fighting over an acorn at the same time, chances are I’ll notice the squirrels.

Also, I notice people’s eyes. I’m really good at reading people’s emotions, and looking at people’s eyes has a lot to do with that. If somebody’s eyes look down for a second then quickly look back at you, then they’re either upset, hurt, or embarrassed. If somebody’s eyes are darting all over the place, the chances are they’re nervous.

Around people I don’t know, I tend to actually be kind of quiet, so I spend a lot of time just looking. Noticing random shapes everywhere. Seeing letters in in the ground.
And, I think that’s it! Thanks for reading this! Bye!
